Payment must be made within 2 days upon order confirmation via E-mail. Orders will be cancelled for payments not made within the stipulated time limits. This is to deter any form of dead buying which will cause a lot of inconvenience. Savvy Closet would very much appreciate your kind understanding. Mode of payments through Internet Banking or the ATM to be transfer to our DBS account only. Bank details to be stated in the Order Confirmation via E-mail. Kindly print the receipt and keep the reference number for verification as proof of payment. This is to avoid any misunderstandings and to facilitate the transactions smoothly. Items will be mail out within 3 working days once payments has been successfully transmitted to the account.

Savvy Closet will not be liable/responsible for any goods lost or damaged in the mail. However, please be assure that all merchandise will be properly packed and sealed to minimise any damages. Thank You.

Items weighing below 40g: S$1.50
Items weighing above 40g but below 100g: S$1.80
SingPost's rates are S$0.50 and S$0.80 for the respective weights mentioned above, Singpost's rates for registered mails is S$2.24 ( The extra S$1.00 will be charged to the cost of handling item ( bubble pack, envelope )/ prices for bubble pack and stamps may varies due to weight and item sizes.
Strongly encouraged and recommended for Registered Mail.

Q: How can i track my order?
A: After placing an order with us,you'll receive an order confirmation via e-mail within 24hrs once payment has been successfully transmitted to the account. In addition, this confirmation will include the Registered Reference Number for your package. You can check the current status of your shipment at any time by visiting "http://singpost.com.sg". There is no registered reference number for orders under normal postage. No replacements will be done for items not received. If you do not want to risk losing an item in the mail, please opt for registered mail.

Q: Will my item be wrapped?
A: All items purchased will be individually wrapped with white tissues together with a ribbon and gift card attached.
