Q: How can i track my order?
A: After placing an order with us,you'll receive an order confirmation via e-mail within 24hrs once payment has been successfully transmitted to the account. In addition, this confirmation will include the Registered Reference Number for your package. You can check the current status of your shipment at any time by visiting "http://singpost.com.sg". There is no registered reference number for orders under normal postage. No replacements will be done for items not received. If you do not want to risk losing an item in the mail, please opt for registered mail.
Q: Will my item be wrapped?
A: All items purchased will be individually wrapped with white tissues together with a ribbon and gift card attached.
